Ten benefits derived from consciously created thinking environments.

1. Only a gentle instruction on the time frame and a clear goal is required by the mind to involve itself with the intention.

2. It teaches one to synchronize your attention and intention and this always generate a powerful energy for healing and creativity.

3. It takes away the fear of interruption.

4. It establishes and recognizes the inherent value/worth of the individual self.

5. The quietness in between thoughts (between the in breath and the exhale) becomes the space where wisdom and insight springs from.

6. The co-inspired attention from the thinking partner, offers a collective source of wisdom especially if the latter’s body language displays his/her commitment.

7. Just about a 100% guarantee that solutions/ideas/alternatives can and will be found within or perhaps just outside of the pre-set time frame. Sometimes the sub and super conscious mind insists on simmering a little on a particular idea before it presents it.

8. Time does allow for angry, stressed and frustrated minds to relax in introspect.

9. It makes buy-in easier and more accessible.

10. It establishes authenticity within a negotiation/decision-making process.

Enjoy.

Keep it simple ....

If you are an avid reader like me, one is often confronted by copy, which although compelling, is so complicated and academic that it challenges your patience. And then, if you persist, you realise that the author could easily have simplified the subject matter.

After having edited some academic documents, and shortened it by almost 70%, I was congratulated by the author on the effectiveness of my edit. I then asked about why he used such difficult language? “It is the way of us academics,” he replied. Be that as it may, if one wants readers of all to access your writing, you have to simplify it.

Research has shown that people don’t read anymore. With the event of computers and the internet, people have become scanners. Copy has to be short, to the point and engage the emotion of the reader or you will lose them before they have completed the first paragraph.

Mike Tooley suggests the following methodology: “One should aim for clarity, simplicity and intelligibility. One way is to always consider how a secondary school student, who knows nothing about the topic, would experience the essay/article. Will he/she read the copy without difficulty? And then, having read it, would they be able to present it comprehensively for others to understand? If you can say yes to both these questions, then all is well. If not, you need to rewrite the essay/article in a simpler and more straightforward way. “

Me - I write words and pictures from heart to heart – it is my unconscious conscious intention.

Wheat

Somewhere in the middle of nowhere a traveller has stopped and now leans against his car. It is quiet. A light breeze pushes its way through a wheat field. As the last rays of the sun races towards the horizon he recognises the swish of an irrigation system. It tingle’s his nose with a blend of water, dust, and soil. As it reaches his soul he realises the truth in the moment. "Remarkable," he whispers. Yes, this is it.

You see, wheat in seed form is utterly elegant and simple, with extreme complexity within. The latter can and will only manifest true beauty and value once all the elements synchronise to literally grow this seed to fulfilment.

Every person has been blessed with specific skills and talents. The synchronicity is each person’s intention to always add value and enhance the other’s skills and talents. This is how we create those conditions where everyone will experience their "remarkable - this is it" moments.

To create these conditions we employ the universe, technology, visuals, words, body language and the rest. Yes, with the right intention and focus one will be able to create and tell "remarkable" stories in such a manner that people will nose it - it will touch their being.

This is my intention – to provide words and pictures that will touch people’s beingness.
